Shipping Policy
Order processing
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. U.S. delivery is usually within 5-7 days after the order is shipped. International orders, please allow 20 –25 business days for your order to arrive after you receive the tracking number.
- Please take the time to enter your complete address and email correctly during check-out. When email volumes are heavy and your information is entered incorrectly, the chance exist that errors won’t be identified and reshipping the item(s) may require you to pay additional shipping charges.
- Please remember to check with your local post office or customs agency on deliveries shipped over 10 days, for the possibility the package is being held there. Other issues that contribute to shipping delays include failure to enter a complete or correct address.
- Using a third party source such as PayPal, can result in shipping delay as the order cannot be mailed until payment has been authorized.
- If the tracking number has not been received after 3 business days of your order being shipped, check your junk/spam mail. If tracking number is not found, contact us at mfpp@namarsglobaldistribution.com or call us toll-free at (888) 238-5549. Also, USPS tracking information is available 24/7 at www.usps.com or by phone at (800) 275-8777. Please remember to include your order number on all inquiries to our office.
- If your order is showing “DELIVERED” with the correct tracking, please contact your post office, as this could be a delivery issue. We are unable to correct delivery issues. Delivery issues (include, but are not limited to wrong address delivery by carrier, theft or damaged packing, and these must be handled through the US Postal Service).
- If mail-service problems have been an issue in the past; we strongly encourage adding insurance to your shipment for an additional charge. However, if you plan to add insurance to your order; you must email us immediately after the order is placed and prior to a tracking number being printed. Unfortunately! Once the tracking number has been assigned and printed, insurance coverage cannot be added.
