General Purchasing Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the following;
- No refunds on purchased items
- No cancellations on placed orders
- It is imperative that you take the time to enter your complete address and email information correctly during the check-out phase, because of high volume purchasing, time does not always allow for error detection in a timely manner. Information entered incorrectly, may require you to pay an additional shipping charge.
- Regretfully, at this time we are unable to answer emails that focus on the availability of stocked items or restocking inquiries. In the future, a mailing list may be created for that purpose.
- We are unable to combine discount codes on orders. Any discounts codes must be applied to the order at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied once purchase is completed. For any problems with discount codes at the time of purchase, please email us at mfpp@namarsglobaldistribution.com
- Shipment of multiple items on the same order will occur when all items are ready to ship. If any items are back-ordered, you will be notified by email and shipping will occur once the items are received.
