Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with prior company authorization. Orders returned without prior authorization will be refused. This policy applies to all returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
- Once the authorized exchange order is received, a code will be issued to use as an exchange credit towards another purchase. Exchanges will not be issued as a refund on any other order or item(s). New shipping charges on orders using the exchange code will apply, just like any new purchase.
- We have a 3-calendar day exchange policy following delivery. Unfortunately, no staff member is authorized to make exceptions to this policy.
- If you find damage to any item that you receive, you must notify us within 3-calendar days of delivery. Any claim, for replacement must be made by contacting us via email, also within that 3-day calendar limit. Please include your order number and any other customer identification information, within that email claim for replacement.
- When you receive our acknowledgment and authorization that we intent to accept your order for return, within 24-hours a return tracking number needs to be provided to our office confirming your intent to return the order for the exchange. If we do not receive that return tracking number, the exchange will not be honored. We will make adjustments when necessary for weekends or holidays.
- Item(s) with tampering or removal of tags or labeling are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In the event, you received an incorrect order from us, take the normal notification steps and we will provide you with return shipping information. The order must be returned within 3 calendar days of receiving the return/exchange labeling package or the return/exchange becomes invalid.
